The case is an old Humes and Berg fiber case and is structurally in good shape, though only one of the three leather straps is still in tact. The bell itself is discolored on the inside, you can see it almost shaded gold as opposed the rest of the silver horn. A few other notes: one of the three bell screws is missing and a similar screw to attach mouthpiece will be needed. The last three photos show the greatest areas of wear: large dent down the main tube before the bell so that the supporting stripe has disconnected along with a few places where welding will need done. All valves still move freely and spring back. No holes in the metal I have found though dents abound. Please see photos to use as a guide regarding condition as the horn is well used, though certainly within the realm of repair by skilled technician.
